Terms of Service

You must be 18+ to create an account. You may add profiles for children you are the parent or legal guardian of, or for whom you are an approved manager. You are responsible for the content you upload and for obtaining any consents required to feature a child.

You keep ownership of the videos, photos, and text you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service (e.g. building portfolios, generating highlights, and showing approved items in the community). You can remove your content at any time.

• Only upload content you have the right to use.
• Don’t upload anything unlawful, harmful, or that violates others’ privacy.
• Don’t misuse, scrape, or attempt to break the Service.

Items about a child are private until the responsible parent approves them. We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

The Service integrates Supabase (auth/data), Google & Apple (sign-in), YouTube (video embeds), and Stripe (payments). Your use of those features is also subject to their respective terms.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service.
